Recently I have purchased a New Alto car from a showroom at Chennai. I noticed that there were some minor scratches near the door etc., One of my friend who drove the vehicle told that there is Un-due vibration while in Neutral. Power Steering is not so powerful was the final comment by him.

Scenario is for my car relocation from one state to another... Road TAX

1) Bought car and paid tax in Chandigarh
2) later relocated to Hyderabad and Paid tax again
3) Need to relocate back to Chandigarh, so do I need to pay TAX again.
PS- Is there a procedure to get TAX refund from Hyderabad. If yes, brief me the procedure.

I had negotiated to buy an used maruti swift vdi 2007 model,run only 9000kms,in good condition,needs re-registration as this is a case of change of state,keeping all the matters in mind what should be the right price?and what papers i should examine ? pl suggest.
